The Las Vegas High Rise Condo Market has been a very dramatic market.  From the pre-construction days where we couldn't deliver checks fast enough, to the bust which left many announced projects to fall by the wayside.  We at The Stark Team have been through both the ups and the downs, and have managed to be one of the original leading Las Vegas High Rise Realtor Teams STILL involved in selling Las Vegas High Rise Condos!  Sales velocity never seemed to really falter, even in the days where short sales and foreclosures were the norm.  There was still a lot of activity in the condo market, but prices were low since cash was the only way to purchase.

Fast forward to today, and the Las Vegas High Rise condo market has really normalized into a buyer/seller market.  Prices have stabilized and are on the upswing, and why shouldn't they be?  These Las Vegas High Rise buildings are gorgeous with high end finishes, beautiful amenities, all within close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip.  There is no place else quite like the Las Vegas Strip with its constant revitalization and its energy.  Las Vegas High Rise Condo pricing STILL remains BELOW replacement costs, and I challenge you to go to another major metropolitan city, and find a comparable unit at a comparable pricing to Vegas.  Perhaps I'm a little biased since I was born and raised in Las Vegas, but I love what I do, and it is about time that Las Vegas received some love/recognition for these properties that are top notch.
