The photos above are from a home we sold to a family member - It's located on a 1/2 acre homesite & sold for $315k a year ago.  It's in a Vintage Vegas neighborhood close to DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS.  The advantage of working with real estate agents that are native Las Vegans is that we know where the hidden gem neighborhoods are located and we have the connections with other seasoned Las Vegas real estate agents to have our offers selected above the rest.  In this case there were multiple offers, some higher priced than the one we placed.
